the location was unbeatable it was so close to the main square yet my room remained very quiet. the staff showed great care and attention making my stay nice. i found the beds to be so comfortable and the room decor had an opulent feel.
the air conditioning was preset to a temperature that i found too warm i experienced some difficulty adjusting it to my preferred cooler setting.

the location was acceptable. it was near the main square.
The air conditioning did not work properly, so i was too warm. i was told it was centrally controlled and they could not lower the temperature in my room. i found this inconvenient. It affected my sleep.

i loved the hotel's central location close to the main square it was very convenient the room was spacious and super clean the bed was very comfortable and helped me get a good rest the staff was friendly and offered helpful restaurant suggestions

the room was immaculate and made up every day, even though it didn't need to be. the pool and sauna were a dream after long walks (i really loved the sauna!).

i experienced some noise from a nearby bar. it went on until late at night which did disturb my sleep a little.

The hotel's location was central to the main square. This aspect met expectations.
The breakfast service was not good. Staff cleared my plate with food still on it, and drink options were limited. I found it rather odd.

i was quite disappointed . the breakfast was quite underwhelming. it certainly did not match the standard i expected from a hotel of this supposed caliber and price. the digital coffee dispensers felt cheap and the limited food selection was disappointing. also the staff attitude was not good i expect a higher level of responsiveness and service when paying a premium rate especially for a hotel of this category
